Curiosidades : O terceiro álbum do grupo, "Neighborhood Watch", foi lançado em 2004 e estreou na Billboard 200 Albuns Chart dos E.U.A na posição 55. Além de Kanye West ter produzido o single "This Way", ele apresentou o single "Who's Who?" que também foi incluída como trilha sonora de Need For Speed: Underground e SSX 3 o que os colocou na UK Singles Chart no número 35.

Curiosidades : O grupo foi formado em 1986 por Guru (conhecido na época por Keithy E., The Guru), Dj 1/2 B. down, Mike D. e vários produtores como Donald D., J.V. Jonhson, e Dj Mark the 45 King contribuindo por fora. em 1989 o grupo se dividiu e Guru continuou com o nome Gang Starr, chamando o então novato Dj Premiere (conhecido como Waxmaster C.)para continuarem os trabalhos. em 1989 ainda, começaram as gravações de "No More Mr. Nice Guy", e em 1990 lançaram o disco. desde então o grupo é um dos mais influentes na cena Hip-Hop da Costa Leste Estadunidense.
